Transnational Workshop 7 – Sweden

18-19 May 2026

On 18 and 19 May 2026, social economy organisations were invited to participate in the transnational workshop “Managing Relations to Achieve Impact in the Social Economy”, a two-day in-person event in Gothenburg, Sweden, dedicated to exploring how relations management and digital marketing could strengthen social impact and create value for organisations and their networks.

Financial support was available for participants. Travel costs were not allowed to be a barrier to joining this learning experience!

The workshop explored how organisations could streamline their processes, manage relations more effectively, and leverage digital tools to increase value for their target audiences.

Participants:

  • Discovered practical approaches to value creation for members and networks
  • Explored real-world cases on managing and democratizing relations, including insights from Digidem Labs
  • Got hands-on experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, comparing tools such as SimbioTIC and ZoHo
  • Learned how to use AI and digital marketing to boost organisational efficiency
  • Met representatives from the Gothenburg tech scene during a dedicated study visit

The programme combined expert sessions, hands-on practice, peer learning, and guided field visits, creating space for exchange, experimentation and inspiration. Participants left with practical tools and strategies directly applicable to their daily work.

The event was hosted at YESBOX – Home of Entrepreneurs, in Gothenburg.
