On February 17–18 2026, social businesses and organizations creating social impact gathered for a two-day Local Workshop designed to strengthen their digital communication skills. The sessions were led by Domantas Širvinskas, co-founder of EduMint mokymai, who guided participants through both days: meeting in person on February 17 and continuing online on February 18. The program combined hands-on practice with strategic insights tailored to mission-driven organisations.

The first day focused on strategic digital transformation for impact-driven organisations. The key message was clear: today, AI can be more than just a tool; it can become a real colleague. But to make that happen, we must learn how to “talk” to it. Participants explored how to write clear and structured prompts, define context and tone, and set precise goals. We discussed how AI can help maintain a consistent brand voice and identity, and how to work with ChatGPT in a way that turns it into a reliable assistant for recurring tasks rather than a random text generator. The session also introduced practical tools for image and video generation, including ways to animate visuals and enrich storytelling. Participants left with concrete ideas and the confidence to start applying AI in their daily communication work.
On the second day, the discussion centred around resources for enhancing digitalisation and improving knowledge and organizational capacity. We focused on video creation, exploring how to create content that earns the user’s attention. Creating a strong hook, clear value, and a compelling call to action formed the core formula. We emphasized the importance of immediately explaining the benefit to the viewer: why should they care, and what will they gain? Participants analyzed both strong and weak examples, drew inspiration from effective cases, and discussed how content can not only capture attention but also maintain it, guiding audiences toward meaningful action.
These two days marked more than just training sessions, they represented a digital leap. When social enterprises combine clarity of purpose with smart use of technology and strategic storytelling, their impact can reach far beyond their immediate communities. As one idea echoed throughout the sessions: technology does not replace human purpose, it amplifies it.
