On 29 April 2026, at 10am CEST, social economy organisations are invited to participate in the online transnational workshop “Using Data to Tell a Digital Impact Story”. This event, organised under DO Impact project, a collaborative session dedicated to transforming data, insights and narratives into meaningful communication that strengthens social impact in digital environments.
This workshop will explore how organisations can move from collecting data to communicating it with clarity, credibility and purpose.
Participants will:

Learn how to transform data into meaningful insights that make impact stories clearer and more compelling

Examine the role of cognitive load and attention in digital storytelling, and apply techniques for crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences

Explore practical approaches to building trust in digital spaces through the thoughtful use of data, narratives and visual tools

Experiment with data storytelling and visualisation methods, as well as personal narrative techniques

Gain practical guidance on communicating impact effectively within their own organisations, even when data is limited
The programme will combine focused presentations with inclusive group work, creating space for exchange, reflection and experimentation. Participants will leave with practical tools and strategies that can be directly transferred into their daily work.
