Digital and Data Action Plan (DDAP)
The DO Impact Digital and Data Action Plan (DDAP) sets out a framework for the social economy to move from adopting digital tools to shaping them. Built around four lines of action — policy and advocacy, capacity and human capital, infrastructure and resource mobilisation, and ecosystem synergies, it groups objectives and concrete actions on regulation, digital skills, finance, interoperability and data governance, and closes with examples of alliances and initiatives the sector can learn from, including data cooperatives, knowledge centres, B2B partnerships and EU programmes.
The plan was authored by Diesis Network with Tiresia-Polimi and refined with around 80 social economy enabling organisations and SMEs from the DO Impact community.
Best Practices and Recommendations Report (D5.3)
Drawing mainly on the Learning Walls completed by participants at the Final Event, alongside interviews, the Final Roundtable and the wider project evidence, the report sets out six best practices, from practical, applied learning to combining transnational exchange with local implementation, and nine recommendations addressed to the European Commission, programme designers and organisations planning future digital capacity-building initiatives for the social economy.
Knowledge Transfer Assessment Report (D5.2)
The report assesses the results of the DO Impact Learning Journey, combining post-workshop surveys, a long-term questionnaire, regional comparisons and qualitative evidence from interviews, the Final Roundtable and the Learning Walls.
Across the eight Transnational Workshops, participants rated their overall experience at 4.59/5. At the same time, the long-term assessment found that 65% had already applied what they learned and 75% reported organisational improvements as a result.
